Order Cancellation
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled use date: No charge.
- Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled use date: A charge of 25% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled use date: A charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled use date: A 100% charge of the total amount.
